About:
Mel is a violin teacher based in Wokingham, who loves one-to-one teaching as well as working with ensembles. She is a committee member and string section assistant at Reading Youth Orchestra, helps coach young string players at Henley Music School, and organises annual Henley-Leichlingen music orchestral exchanges. Mel is Secretary of the Eureka! Music Foundation which creates opportunities for local music education, performance and fundraising. She has been a violinist with the Aldworth Philharmonic Orchestra for more than 10 years, and also plays at weddings and other functions as part of a local string quartet.
